Our Area Managers have the accountability to set the standards and expectations that will enable their Store Managers to drive our business forward. We are looking to recruit an Area Manager with a proven track record of inspiring teams to drive sales by delivering simple retail priorities and delighting our customers.
Our Area Managers are operationally hands-on and commercially focused, inspirational leaders, with the ability to 'think outside the box' in terms of how you deliver in your role. Utilising your previous experience of managing multiple retail sites, you should be highly motivated to drive results across your area and take accountability.
We are looking for a pro-active and resilient Area Manager with the ability to use your own initiative to deliver great results in a fast-paced and innovative retail environment.
