Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. Experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage for stores offering online home delivery service. You will need to be hard working, proactive and able to instil values into your team and store.
