As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands‑on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high‑volume digital operation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for store performance, including sales, profit and loss.
  • Leadership of a team, setting and driving performance standards.
  • Operational excellence across all areas of the store.
  • Digital operation support for online home delivery where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Hard working, proactive and able to instil our values into your team and store.
  • Experience in retail store management or a comparable role.
  • Strong leadership and people skills.
