In this role, you’ll support the smooth export of products from the UK to the ROI, EU and wider international markets. You’ll coordinate the documentation required for shipments that need Export Health Certificates (official paperwork required for certain exported goods). Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll gather and chase key information to ensure export paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time. Your work will help keep shipments moving and prevent delays at the border. You’ll also keep the Export Compliance Manager and Supply Chain teams updated on progress, ensuring everyone has clear visibility of timelines and any risks. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where your organisation and communication skills will make a real impact. This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating export certification processes to ensure the timely movement of goods from the UK to international markets.
- Gathering key information from internal teams and suppliers to ensure all export documentation is accurate and complete.
- Proactively communicating with suppliers to obtain required documents (e.g. attestations, approval numbers, import certificates and processing confirmations) on time and in full.
- Tracking progress and providing regular updates to the Export Compliance Manager to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities.
- Supporting liaison with Official Veterinarians and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure certifications are completed to schedule.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly.
- Adapting quickly to changing requirements, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Zero border issues due to incorrect or incomplete certification.
