We are a leading retail company committed to customer satisfaction and employee development. We are seeking a passionate Team Leader to join our growing business. As a Team Leader, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for customers.
- Play an active role in the store to "sell a £1 & save a £1" to help drive sales.
- Deliver all agreed actions set by your line manager.
- Support the Talking Shop Rep in the store.
- Support team engagement in the store.

Qualifications
- Experience in a retail management or supervisory role (ideal but not essential).

- Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands‑on to deliver a great store.
- Has availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
