Duty Manager – Llantrisant Food Warehouse

Responsibilities
- Work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
- Focus on delivering great availability for customers.
- Play an active role in the store to “sell a 1 & save a 1” to help drive sales.
- Deliver on all agreed actions set by your line manager.
- Engage, develop and retain great people: proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store.
- Support team engagement and play a part in creating an inclusive culture where everyone can be their best.
- Take a proactive approach to personal development and share your own knowledge to support up‑skilling the team.
- Complete any actions set by your line manager during the daily floor walk, focusing on what the customer sees.

- Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies and processes.
- Play your part in providing the best digital service through implementing all “One Best Way” processes.

Qualifications
