Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance, service, and repair of refrigeration equipment including freezer units, display cases, cold rooms, chillers, and condensers.
- Support diagnostic activities using industry-standard monitoring systems.
- Develop an understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
- Apply safe working practices in line with Health & Safety, F Gas regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with store teams to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records as part of operational compliance.
- Achieve industry recognised qualifications.
Qualifications
- Interest in engineering, problem solving, or technical work.
- A willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently once trained.
- A full UK driving licence (or evidence of working towards one).
