We are searching for a committed and passionate Duty Manager to join our growing business. The role involves working as a Retail Assistant with a 2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Retail Assistant and manage shifts.
- Deliver great availability for customers.
- Play an active role in the store to "sell a 1 & save a 1" to help drive sales.
- Deliver on all actions set by the line manager.
- Engage, develop and retain great people; support the Talking Shop Rep.
- Support team engagement and create an inclusive culture.
- Takes a proactive approach to personal development and shares knowledge to up-skill the team.
- Complete any actions set by the line manager during the daily floor walk focusing on the customer experience.
- Provide a positive approach to service both in store and at the doorstep.
- Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies.
- Implement all "One Best Way" processes for digital service.
- Demonstrate leadership that gets the best from the team and delivers the best for customers.
