Responsibilities
  • As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
  • This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing operational standards and delivering sales.
  • In addition to traditional store management, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service; experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.
  • Work to instil company values into your team and store and drive a high level of customer service.
