Job Purpose: Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPI’s and budgets.

Service:

  • Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity.
  • Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3rd party) customers.

Stock:

  • Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management.

Knowledge:

  • Support the existing store support team with daily and weekly tasks.
  • Support the existing planning team with daily and weekly tasks.
  • Deliver New & Refit program with the aim of maximising availability in stores.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to Supply Chain.
  • Deliver Closure store program with the aim of ensuring a service in level with company.
  • Improve optimisation across the Iceland estate.
  • Develop processes for new B2B customers.

Skills:

  • Timely publication of accurate reports.
  • Facilitate the non-core activity across the business.
  • Respond quickly to requests elsewhere in the Supply Chain.
  • Manage and ensure that accuracy of store settings.
  • Manage, track, and strive to improve Store Service and Shrink levels.
  • Manage store groups managing relevance and accuracy.

Specialist Skills And Knowledge:

  • Agile problems solving ability having the ability to think outside the box.
  • A good understanding of the Operations process.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Iceland in-house systems & processes such as Artemis, JDA systems and WMS systems.
  • Knowledge of Teradata, Freehand SQL, and Power BI & the Data Warehouse.
