PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the International & Partnerships department, ensuring daily tasks are completed promptly to help achieve departmental objectives and support business growth in both new and existing markets.
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support with;
- back office management, raising POs, processing orders, and resolving operational queries.
- onboarding of new partners, maintaining new business documents and updating partnerships tracker.
- projects including research, planning and implementation.
- B2B delivery implementation in collaboration with retail teams.
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to gather product information and artworks to allow for in-market product registration.
- Create, update and maintain supporting documents to implement cycle changeovers
- Produce and distribute reports to support partners with cycle implementation, product updates, sales performance and trends.
- Create and manage yearly team workload planner, ensuring visibility of deadlines and communicating changes promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain sales materials and cycle NPD packs.
- Complete NLFs and partner product documentation to ensure accurate and timely product setup.
- Update product and range information across Iceland & partner system.
- Prepare and maintain customer meeting packs as required
- Coordinate product samples and tastings, liaising with relevant third parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer contact and information databases inc. Share Point sites.
- Provide support to the wider department with ad hoc tasks and activities as required.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel desirable
- Strong communicator both verbally and written
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Good attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and pace in managing their workload
- Proactive approach in dealing with problems and queries in a busy and fast paced environment
