We have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house Learning & Development team as a

Digital Learning Content Creator.

Working for the Digital Learning Design Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing learning and communications to life through engaging video content.

You will be responsible for taking projects from concept to completion, planning shoots, filming on location across the UK and editing content that helps develop our colleagues.

While video production will be your primary focus, you'll also support the wider Digital Learning team by creating learning resources maintaining digital content and supporting colleagues who use our learning platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations in video creation who is looking to develop their skills further in a commercial environment.

Whether you've gained experience through education, personal projects, freelance work or a previous role, we'll provide opportunities to continue developing your technical, creative and digital learning skills.

This is primarily a field-based role.

Filming will take place across multiple locations throughout the UK, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

While much of your time will be spent creating content in the field, there is an expectation that you will attend our Deeside Head Office regularly to collaborate with the wider Learning & Development team.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Planning and coordinating video projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Filming content across stores, distribution centres and office locations throughout the UK.
  • Supporting colleagues during filming to create engaging and professional content.
  • Editing footage into high-quality learning and communication videos.
  • Creating graphics, captions, animations and supporting visual assets.
  • Organising and maintaining video asset libraries, project files and supporting resources.
  • Producing supporting learning materials, guides and digital content to complement video-based learning.
  • Reviewing stakeholder content to ensure it meets business requirements and learning objectives.
  • Applying agreed design, learning and branding principles when creating content.
  • Carrying out user testing, gathering feedback and implementing agreed improvements.
  • Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of digital learning resources and content.
  • Providing first-line support to colleagues using learning systems and digital learning content.
  • Responding to learner queries and helping colleagues access and complete learning resources.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to bring learning and communication initiatives to life.
  • Contributing creative ideas to improve colleague engagement, learning experiences and content effectiveness.
  • Undertaking general duties to support the Learning & Development team as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience filming and editing video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • A portfolio, showreel or examples of your work.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with people.
  • Creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • An interest in storytelling and visual communication.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
  • Experience creating graphic design assets.
  • Experience producing learning, training or communication content.
  • Experience supporting customers or users with digital systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Ability to attend our Deeside Head Office on a regular basis.
  • Portfolio, showreel or examples of video content.
