As an Apprentice Refrigeration Engineer, you will receive comprehensive training and hands‑on experience to develop the skills required to maintain and repair refrigeration systems within our retail estate. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the maintenance, service, and repair of refrigeration equipment including freezer units, display cases, cold rooms, chillers, and condensers.
- Support diagnostic activities using industry‑standard monitoring systems.
- Develop an understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
- Apply safe working practices in line with Health & Safety, F‑Gas regulations, and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with store teams to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal disruption.

- Achieve industry recognised qualifications.
