Responsibilities
- Work closely with our team and central stakeholders to define measurement requirements
- Create measurement plans and select the most appropriate work measurement methodology for each activity
- Observe, review, and document in‑store processes to understand end‑to‑end tasks and capture all variables
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure objectives and methodologies are clearly understood
- Carry out in‑store measurements using appropriate techniques such as work study methods, activity sampling, and video‑based analysis
- Produce labour standards and calculate Basic Minute Values for defined processes and tasks
- Validate and quality‑check measurement results
- Review differences in processes before and after implementation, highlighting efficiencies or variances
- Summarise findings clearly and present insights to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment
- Conduct store visits for measurements, process audits, and validation
- Support continuous improvement in productivity and labour optimisation
