PURPOSE OF ROLE: To coordinate and implement the detailed planning and creation of all Iceland cycle and to phase point of sale requirements. Understand the business and marketing priorities to be reflected in the artwork POS briefs submitted to Studio to enable them to design in store theatre which delivers supporting brand and value messages to customers, both cyclical and tactical driven from overall Activity Plan.
Co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of POS through a Print Management Company partnership to ensure all relevant POS is delivered to stores within key dates mapped in critical paths created per campaign driven from overall Cycle Trading Calendar.
In this role you can expect to:
- Co-ordinating all POS from initial artwork brief through to in-store implementation.
- Submit artwork & print briefs, print and deliver all cycle/promotional POS.
- Change Iceland POS within the agreed critical path timescales as per live dates from Trading Calendar.
- Create timelines (i.e. critical path), submit design & print briefs, print and deliver all tactical POS to store in time for specific live date as per Activity Plan.
- Create store communications relevant to POS including all Implementation guides via Retail Operations.
- Manage, record and circulate actions to ensure follow up during Daily Status Meetings.
- Co-ordinate the process of Legal/Buying Sign Off for all activity.
- Investigate and resolve any queries raised from stores and implement solutions.
