Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the Labour Model by updating it with new data, forecasts, and calculations
  • Reviewing and validating datasets, inputs, and outputs to maintain accuracy
  • Modelling proposed changes to determine the labour impact
  • Working closely with the wider team to define modelling requirements
  • Analysing the impact of all changes at both company and store level
  • Providing clear summaries highlighting risks and trends to support retail and central teams
  • Supporting queries about store changes and model outputs
  • Testing changes before they are released
  • Supporting improvements to model logic and automation
  • Helping ensure the model evolves in line with changes to store processes and wider business needs
