Requirements
- Previous experience in cyber resilience (Business Continuity, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery)
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans
- A general understanding of how enterprise-level IT systems work together
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (particularly ASR and Recovery Services) (desirable)
- Experience with VMware technologies (desirable)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite (desirable)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and test resilience plans for the organisation, including Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery
- Conduct analysis on business systems to understand and document impact, scope, and recovery paths related to cyber incidents
- Contribute to incident reviews to ensure learnings are taken to improve resilience
- Identify and elevate weaknesses in the resilience strategy
- Work with project and change teams to ensure new developments are designed with resilience in mind
