Job purpose:
Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPIs and budgets
Service :
Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity.
Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3rd party) customers.
Stock :
Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management
Overall role
- Drive availability and service through our New, Refit, and Closure store programs
- Create and share insightful reports that influence key decisions
- Support B2B growth by developing smart, scalable processes
- Optimise store settings and service levels across the business
- Be the go-to problem solver for ad hoc requests

Key responsibilities: –
- Support the existing store support team with daily and weekly tasks.
- Support the existing planning team with daily and weekly tasks.
- Deliver New & Refit program with the aim of maximising availability in stores.
- Provide ad hoc reports to Supply Chain.
- Deliver Closure store program with the aim of ensuring a service in level with company.
- Improve optimisation across the Iceland estate.
- Develop processes for new B2B customers.
