Job purpose:

Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPIs and budgets

Service :

Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity.

Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3rd party) customers.

Stock :

Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management

Overall role

  • Drive availability and service through our New, Refit, and Closure store programs
  • Create and share insightful reports that influence key decisions
  • Support B2B growth by developing smart, scalable processes
  • Optimise store settings and service levels across the business
  • Be the go-to problem solver for ad hoc requests

  • A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Solid Excel and Power BI skills (bonus points for SQL!)

Key responsibilities: –

  • Support the existing store support team with daily and weekly tasks.
  • Support the existing planning team with daily and weekly tasks.
  • Deliver New & Refit program with the aim of maximising availability in stores.
  • Provide ad hoc reports to Supply Chain.
  • Deliver Closure store program with the aim of ensuring a service in level with company.
  • Improve optimisation across the Iceland estate.
  • Develop processes for new B2B customers.
