We understand that success is achieved through our people, and we are searching for a committed and passionate Network Support Planner to join our growing business on a 12 month FTC- 30 hours.

Please note the working pattern is Sunday to Wednesday (WFH on Sundays after training period) when you will be required to work 4 days in the office during the week. You will also be required to cover holidays for the other Network Support Planner which will be Saturday to Tuesday.

Purpose of the role

The successful candidate will provide support to digital operations stores by processing store issues or queries in a swift and efficient manner. In this role you can expect to:

  • Manage and triage store queries and issues
  • Implement Ecommerce same day pricing strategy
  • Check store slots, comply with agreed hours and windows for online trading
  • Work collaboratively across Ecommerce, digital operations and retail to successfully implement changes
  • Assess and implement resolutions for identified store issues
  • Identify and implement proactive solutions for store issues
  • Implement agreed store change projects within delivery model
  • Provide weekend cover for digital operations stores, including actioning of weekend same day pricing adjustments relative to customer demand
