As a Labour Modelling Analyst, you'll support the end to end process of updating and analysing changes in the Labour Model, ensuring it remains accurate to calculate the labour required for our stores to operate effectively. You'll produce analysis that supports operational and strategic decision making and contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Labour Model. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with Excel, has strong numerical skills, and is keen to develop further technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and modelling logic. You'll join a collaborative team that is committed to supporting your learning and helping you grow.
