Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for food, photography and beautifully crafted imagery? We're looking for a highly creative Art Director (Food) to join our busy in-house Studio team and help shape the look and feel of our brand across packaging, digital, in-store and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to grow into a fully independent Art Director. You'll work alongside photographers, stylists, designers and senior creatives learning on the job while taking ownership of shoots, crafting ideas and producing stand-out visual content that inspires our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shoot Planning & Art Direction
  • Supporting and leading art direction for photo, video and TV shoots
  • Interpreting creative briefs and bringing ideas to life
  • Guiding photographers, food stylists and set teams to achieve the perfect shot
  • Building sets, choosing props, sourcing materials and creating styling guides
  • Keeping shoots running smoothly, on time and on vision
  • Creative Development
  • Producing mood boards, references and style inspiration
  • Researching competitor activity and market trends
  • Working with design and creative teams on campaign concepts
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all imagery and content
  • Shoot Delivery & Operations
  • Preparing shoot lists and prop requirements
  • Ensuring accurate representation of food in line with legal standards
  • Supporting post-production, approvals and asset management
  • Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Managing props, set backgrounds and studio resources effectively

What You'll Bring

  • Creatively driven with a strong eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Confident communicating with creatives, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Skilled in presenting ideas and influencing decisions
  • Flexible, collaborative and full of fresh thinking
  • Technically competent with Mac or PC, including Photoshop and presentation tools
  • Experienced in (or keen to develop skills in) commercial photography studios
  • A Higher National Diploma in graphics, photography or an art-related subject is preferred.
