We are looking for a Chef to work within our Head Office Staff Restaurant where you will be working with the best restaurant quality food/produce under Mike, our Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for preparing the kind of food that truly brightens our customers' days.
You will have the following attributes:
- Passionate about food
- Friendly, down to earth, and positive with a calm and friendly approach
- Comfortable conversing and cooking in front of our customers
- Enjoy working as part of a team preparing a range of freshly cooked dishes
- Collaborating on menus and creative ideas
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and food safety systems
- Supporting with creation of new menus and creative food concepts
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Our ideal Chef will:
- Be passionate about great tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent or similar experience within the industry

- Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm
