We are looking for an Export Co-ordinator to work within the Buying Department at our Head Offices in Deeside Overall Purpose: To facilitate the coordinating & administration of the certification requirements associated with the export of products requiring Export Health Certificates out of the UK to ROI, EU and 3rd countries. Plays an active part in the delivery of Export Certification processes through the contact and follow-up activities with the supplier base to obtain the relevant documentation for completion of the Export Certificates. Giving the provision of clear information to the Export Compliance Manager & Supply chain teams on status and schedule of certification to facilitate the correct stakeholder management internally, and to be able to pull together the right information at the right time. Key Accountabilities Coordination of Certification Processes. Gathering the required information from internal stakeholders and relevant manufacturers/suppliers to obtain the required export certification information.
