Our customers include The Savoy, The Ivy and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, and our bespoke ice sculptures have featured at Royal occasions, luxury events and high-profile celebrations across the UK.

We're now looking for experienced, reliable and customer-focused Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

The Role

As an Icebox Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our business, delivering premium ice products to customers across London and the Southeast. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where no two days are the same. You'll typically complete 30–50 multi-drop deliveries each day, supplying everyone from independent cafés and bars to some of London's most iconic hotels, restaurants and event venues. Once fully trained, you'll also have the opportunity to assist with the delivery and installation of our world-renowned bespoke ice sculptures at prestigious venues and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete 30–50 multi-drop deliveries each day across London and the Southeast.
  • Deliver premium ice products safely, accurately and on time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery.
  • Load, unload and safely handle 12kg bags of ice and larger ice products.
  • Assist with the delivery and installation of bespoke ice sculptures following training.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the Icebox brand.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and pride in doing a great job. We'll provide full training on our products and procedures—the most important qualities are reliability, professionalism and excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum one year's multi-drop delivery driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of London's road network and surrounding areas.
  • Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
  • Maximum of three penalty points.
  • Aged 25 or over (insurance requirement).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent English.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and carrying of 12kg bags of ice throughout the day.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and during seasonal busy periods.

Working Hours & Pay

Starting Hourly Rates (1yr experience):

  • Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:00pm): £14.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday (outside standard hours): £15.40 per hour
  • Saturday (7:00am-5:00pm): £15.40 per hour
  • Saturday (outside standard hours): £17.71 per hour
  • Sunday (8:00am-4:00pm): £16.10 per hour
  • Sunday (outside standard hours): £18.48 per hour

Higher starting hourly rates are available for experienced drivers.

Working Pattern

Permanently, full-time PAYE position. 4–6 shifts per week, depending on the season. Typical shifts of 8–12 hours. 40–50 hours per week during quieter months. 50–60 hours per week during peak season. Weekend working required, depending on the season.

Business Operating Hours

Monday-Saturday: 7:00am – 11:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
