We’re looking for a dynamic, driven individual to join our growing marketing agency as a Digital Marketing & Account Executive. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on digital marketing with client relationship management and business development. You’ll play a key role in both delivering outstanding marketing results and driving new business growth.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is ready to step into a more client-facing, commercially involved position.
Full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Opportunity for Hybrid working (must be able to commute to Kidderminster). Salary £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Digital Marketing:- Supporting the delivery of online campaigns (social, email, PPC).
- Creating content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Managing and growing brand and client presence across digital platforms.
- Analysing performance via Google Analytics and social metrics.
- Assisting with SEO strategies and content updates.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients and partners.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role. Experience in a client-facing role or sales/BD desirable. Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
