Are you the type of person who sees a manual process and immediately automates it? Do you believe internal systems should scale themselves, access should be tightly controlled, and operational excellence should be engineered rather than managed? Do you want to work in a secure-by-design, AI-first environment alongside some of the most talented engineers, operators and builders in the industry, helping scale the internal foundations of one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies?

We are working exclusively with one of the most exciting AI companies in the world as they continue to scale their Technology Operations function. In just 3 years, they have grown into a company valued at more than $10 billion, establishing themselves as a global leader in their field. Trusted by millions of users worldwide, they have built over 1,000 revenue-generating partnerships with some of the world’s largest organisations and are continuing to scale at an extraordinary pace. Backed by leading investors and operating globally, they are now investing heavily in the internal infrastructure, operations and security capabilities needed to support the next phase of their growth.

As the company continues to scale, they are expanding their Technology Operations team with an additional hire who will play a key role in supporting a secure, high-performance, global workforce. This is far more than a traditional IT support role. They are looking for someone who thinks in systems, automates relentlessly and enjoys building operational excellence at scale. While you’ll own core day-to-day technology operations, you’ll also have the opportunity to drive automation, improve security controls and help shape the processes that support one of the fastest-growing companies in AI.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the employee technology lifecycle, ensuring every employee has secure, seamless access to the tools and systems they need
  • Manage identity, access, and SaaS provisioning across platforms including Okta, Google Workspace and a growing application estate
  • Oversee laptop procurement, deployment, inventory management and endpoint configuration through Jamf
  • Support employees globally with technology requests, troubleshooting, and operational guidance
  • Identify repetitive processes and build automations that improve efficiency, consistency and security
  • Partner closely with Security and Engineering teams to strengthen controls and improve operational maturity
  • Help scale internal technology operations to support a rapidly growing global organisation
What They’re Looking For
  • Experience administering modern SaaS environments
  • Hands‑on experience with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Mac environments
  • A proven track record of automating IT operations and business processes
  • Scripting experience, ideally with Python
  • An automation‑first mindset and a passion for eliminating repetitive tasks
  • A security‑first mindset with practical examples of security improvements you’ve implemented
  • Strong communication skills and a user‑focused approach
  • Someone who thrives in fast‑moving, highly autonomous environments and enjoys taking ownership
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
  • Experience with onboarding automation and employee lifecycle management
  • Exposure to identity and access management best practices
  • Experience with endpoint security, device management, or security operations
  • Familiarity with just‑in‑time access, privilege management, or modern security tooling
  • Experience working within high‑growth SaaS or technology companies
Why Join?

Few companies are scaling at this pace while maintaining a true engineering‑first culture and exceptionally high talent density. This is an opportunity to help shape the operational backbone of one of the world’s most exciting AI companies, working closely with highly experienced security and engineering teams at genuine global scale. Ideal for someone in Technology Operations or IT Systems Administration looking to deepen their experience across automation, identity, endpoint security, and modern security practices. If you enjoy solving operational problems through automation, systems thinking and security‑minded engineering, I’d be keen to speak with you.

How to prepare for a job interview at Iceberg

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
