We are working exclusively with one of the most exciting AI companies in the world as they continue to scale their Technology Operations function. As the company continues to scale, they are expanding their Technology Operations team with an additional hire who will play a key role in supporting a secure, high-performance, global workforce. This is far more than a traditional IT support role. They are looking for someone who thinks in systems, automates relentlessly and enjoys building operational excellence at scale.
While you'll own core day-to-day technology operations, you'll also have the opportunity to drive automation, improve security controls and help shape the processes that support one of the fastest-growing companies in AI.
What You'll Do- Own the employee technology lifecycle, ensuring every employee has secure, seamless access to the tools and systems they need.
- Manage identity, access, and SaaS provisioning across platforms including Okta, Google Workspace and a growing application estate.
- Oversee laptop procurement, deployment, inventory management and endpoint configuration through Jamf.
- Support employees globally with technology requests, troubleshooting, and operational guidance.
- Identify repetitive processes and build automations that improve efficiency, consistency and security.
- Partner closely with Security and Engineering teams to strengthen controls and improve operational maturity.
- Help scale internal technology operations to support a rapidly growing global organisation.
- Experience administering modern SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Mac environments.
- A proven track record of automating IT operations and business processes.
- Scripting experience, ideally with Python.
- An automation-first mindset and a passion for eliminating repetitive tasks.
- A security-first mindset with practical examples of security improvements you've implemented.
- Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach.
- Someone who thrives in fast-moving, highly autonomous environments and enjoys taking ownership.
- Experience with onboarding automation and employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to identity and access management best practices.
- Experience with endpoint security, device management, or security operations.
- Familiarity with just-in-time access, privilege management, or modern security tooling.
- Experience working within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
