We’re supporting one of the most ambitious cyber transformation programmes currently underway in the trading technology space. My client is looking to hire a hands-on Security Engineer to lead key workstreams across Kubernetes and Cloud Security. This is a rare opportunity to join during a major build phase and take ownership of security engineering initiatives that will shape the firm’s future platform security posture.
Responsibilities include:
- Securing Kubernetes environments
- Performing cloud security assessments and remediation
- Improving CI/CD and software supply chain security
- Hardening infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Implementing container and image security controls
- Working directly with engineering teams on real security improvements
To be successful you will bring:
- Strong hands-on security engineering experience
- Background in cloud security, DevSecOps, platform security or infrastructure security
- Experience with scripting/automation
- Exposure to Kubernetes, cloud environments, CI/CD or IaC security
- Engineers who can build, improve and implement, not just advise
