We’re hiring a hands-on CLM Consultant to support enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management implementations. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who can independently configure and execute CLM builds - not just design them. You’ll work closely with solution architects and stakeholders to ensure workflows, templates, and approvals are built correctly, tested thoroughly, and ready for go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently configuring CLM workflows based on agreed designs
  • Building and automating contract templates and clause libraries
  • Mapping metadata fields and programming merge logic
  • Setting up approval routing, conditional paths, and escalation rules
  • Supporting unit testing and leading UAT cycles
  • Troubleshooting configuration issues and resolving edge cases
  • Validating system behavior and data accuracy
  • Supporting migration projects and repository clean-up (bonus)
  • Delivering demos and walkthroughs to stakeholders

You’ll spend the majority of your time inside the CLM platform, focused on execution quality and system stability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience independently implementing CLM solutions
  • Strong experience configuring workflows and templates
  • Experience with DocuSign CLM (strongly preferred), open to Conga, Ironclad, etc.
  • Solid understanding of metadata mapping and approval routing
  • Structured approach to testing and validation
  • Comfortable engaging with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional CLM tools
  • Knowledge of contract law and compliance
