An ambitious AI organisation, now one of the fastest‑scaling tech companies globally, is entering a new chapter. In just a few years they’ve grown from a small, deeply technical founding team into a multi‑billion‑dollar company, expanding at extraordinary speed, launching new products at a relentless pace, and forming global partnerships almost weekly. With this level of scale comes complexity and opportunity.

The engineering organisation is moving incredibly quickly, and they’re now investing heavily in the internal systems, tooling and infrastructure that will support high‑velocity development across the company. They’re building out a new Internal Platform function to power that growth, and this is the first hire.

As the Founding Internal Platform Engineer, you will design, build and own the internal platform from the ground up: automation, tooling, workflows, developer experience, infrastructure foundations, and the systems that enable engineers to move fast without friction. You’ll work directly with senior engineering leadership, set the technical direction, and ultimately shape the team that will grow under you.

This is a role for someone who loves building from zero, enjoys autonomy, and thrives in an environment where decisions have real, far‑reaching impact. You’ll be a key part of a company scaling at a staggering rate — roughly doubling year over year and onboarding new teams every couple of weeks.

Compensation is strong, with a competitive salary and an exceptional equity package reflecting the opportunity to join such an exciting company at such an early, foundational moment. If you’re excited by the idea of creating internal platforms at true scale, shaping engineering velocity for years to come, and joining a hyper‑growth AI company at a pivotal point in its journey, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
  • Employment type: Full‑time
