They’re building out a new Internal Platform function to power that growth, and this is the first hire.
As the Founding Internal Platform Engineer, you will design, build and own the internal platform from the ground up: automation, tooling, workflows, developer experience, infrastructure foundations, and the systems that enable engineers to move fast without friction. You’ll work directly with senior engineering leadership, set the technical direction, and ultimately shape the team that will grow under you.
