I’m exclusively supporting a fast-growing AI startup in an IT SaaS Engineer role within their cybersecurity team. The position focuses on managing a heavily MacOS-based environment and requires someone who is truly user-obsessed, passionate about automation, and experienced with SaaS applications. This role will help scale secure operations and remove friction across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will begin at 80% IT operations and automation and will transition into a more security-focused role.
This role supports company growth by delivering a seamless, user-first IT experience, with a strong focus on automation over manual work. Ideal candidates will be driven to build solutions like just-in-time privilege elevation and fully automated laptop onboarding using Python, helping scale secure operations with minimal friction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing Okta provisioning and access controls
- Handling laptop ordering and assignment
- Maintaining and improving Jamf systems
- Supporting secure IT operations and contributing to a culture of automation
Package: Base: Up to £70,000 + Equity. London-based candidates are ideal (Remote first organization).
