London | Hybrid, 3 days in office | £70k to £85k + bonus
We’re working with a growing global professional services business looking for an HR Manager to become the key HR contact for its UK team.
This is a great step up for a Senior HR Advisor, HRBP or Junior HR Manager who wants more ownership, visibility and responsibility.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across employee relations, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, UK employment law and the full employee lifecycle, while remaining part of a wider global HR team.
The role is hands-on and broad, so you’ll need to be comfortable balancing advisory work with day-to-day HR operations.
Ideal background:
- Confident handling ER matters independently
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Professional services, legal or consulting experience preferred
- Ambitious and ready for a genuine step up
