My client is globally recognised as a thought leader within information security and is known for their outstanding service and first-class offering. Their sales team is growing, and I am exclusively supporting the CEO to hire two Business Development Directors, working hybrid out of London.
The CEO is looking for the following traits and experience:
- Energetic, motivated professionals with a passion for closing deals
- Skilled at building relationships and engaging with C-suite leaders (CISO, CTO, CIO)
- Proven ability to drive revenue through consultancy sales with both new and existing clients, including management of large accounts
- Strong track record of working toward commission-based, uncapped earning potential
- Experience selling into large enterprises is essential
- Experience selling into government is a strong advantage (please highlight if applicable, though not required)
Candidates should include clear performance metrics (figures, percentages, targets achieved) on their CVs before applying.
Although my client specialises in information security, they already have experts who can train and develop you on the subject matter. Current or previous experience selling cybersecurity services would be beneficial, but proven consulting and professional service selling is more important.
The position is based out of their City of London office, with a hybrid setup: 2 days on-site, 3 days working from home.
