I’m currently representing a growing international advisory platform with a well-established presence across disputes, investigations, and complex risk matters. The firm works with leading law firms, financial institutions, corporates, investors, and other sophisticated stakeholders on high-stakes, cross-border issues.
They are now looking to appoint a senior leader in London to help expand and shape their contentious and investigative advisory capabilities across the UK and EMEA. This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on originating work, leading complex mandates, and building a high-performing team.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys operating at the sharp end of complex situations, litigation and arbitration support, financial investigations, internal inquiries, funds flow analysis, and reputationally sensitive matters.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Originate and lead significant contentious and investigative mandates across the UK and internationally
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior lawyers, General Counsel, boards, and investment stakeholders
- Design and deliver defensible, trial-ready investigative outputs
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including investigators, forensic specialists, and analysts
- Drive business development and build long-term client relationships
- Help shape the strategic direction of the London and EMEA offering
I’m interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- 15+ years’ experience in investigations, disputes advisory, forensic services, litigation support, or complex financial inquiries
- A credible and portable client following across law firms, corporates, financial institutions, private capital, or private clients
- A track record of leading complex, cross-border matters
- Strong experience producing robust investigative work suitable for contentious proceedings
- A commercial mindset and appetite for building and scaling practices
- Comfort operating in high-pressure, sensitive environments
- International exposure across EMEA and growth markets in the Middle East would be advantageous
Backgrounds of interest include disputes advisory, forensic accounting, financial investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex litigation support.
