About the Role
As a Royalty Tracking Manager your will maximise clientroyalty income by utilising analytical tools and industry knowledge. You will work closely with internal teams, clients and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Experience and Online Operations teams in the professional delivery of high-quality services.
- Utilising and contributing to the development and maintenance of ICE reports and dashboards.
- Analysis of distribution and copyright data. Identifying any anomalies and resolving them with stakeholders.
- Provide customer reporting on the royalty tracking service.
- Providing support and input directly into the Online End to End process to enable ICE’s performance against customer contracts and SLAs.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of procedures
- Undertaking ad-hoc general administration duties and data gathering.
- Provide in depth analysis to the wider business on income trends and identifying issues and variances vs expected receipts.
- Communicating and representing customers’ needs and priorities inside the ICE organisation
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience, within a royalty tracking or data analysis role, in a Publisher or Collection Society.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to produce insightful reporting to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience querying and extracting data from large and complex datasets using SQL or Python (desirable)
- Experience of working in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple work streams concurrently
- Highly numerate and organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of BI solutions and data visualisation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing/changing work environment; proven organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle high workloads and fast turnarounds.
- Able to work easily on own initiative but also in close conjunction with key individuals across different teams.
