ICE is growing fast, and we need someone who can really integrate themselves into the team. Your role will be managing the workloads of the engineering workforce, adhering to customer service level agreements (SLAs). You will be establishing and evolving relationships across the Service Delivery function and across the wider business in a stand-alone role where you will need to show resilience and adaptability when managing unexpected changes to our customer’s needs. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where the individual will need to use their initiative with a high level of attention to detail to ensure proper organisation of the schedules are kept.

Responsibilities

  • Managing engineer diaries for the region, adhering to the customer SLAs
  • Main point of contact for all engineer and planning enquiries
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure diaries are achievable.
  • Work with our internal colleagues based at various locations to ensure that breakdown attendance is delivered on time and in line with customer expectations
  • Ensure all daily KPIs are met
  • Installations, breakdowns, PA Test (Compliance visits) and Scheduled Service planning within established customer service level agreements
  • Update and maintain customer records within our internal database
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate, within your competence. As required by your line manager

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • IT literate and competent user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communicator with excellent telephone and email manner
  • Customer centric

Bonus experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role/environment
  • Educated to GCSE level (Maths and English Grade C equivalent or above)
