ICE is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join its Data Derivatives team in London. The role entails onboarding clients, managing inquiries about products and services, and addressing client concerns efficiently.

A strong candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills. This role requires 5 days a week of in-office attendance, including some evening shifts for holiday and sickness cover. A Bachelor's degree in Economics and prior experience in a client-facing role are preferable.
