We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in challenging environments, including biohazard cleanup, oil spill response, mould remediation, fire and flood restoration, chemical spill management, and trauma scene cleaning. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include providing quotes, following up with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Hours of Work: This is a full-time office-based role with core hours being 8:30 am to 5 pm. However, the team works on an on call rota which includes evening and weekend work every 6 weeks.
