ICE Services Group is on the lookout for an experienced Contracts Manager (Client Services Manager) to join our thriving London-centric cleaning company. If you’re a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this could be your next big move.
You’ll be responsible for managing around high-profile contracts across the City and West End , ensuring our standards are consistently met, our teams are performing at their best, and our clients are delighted every single day.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your ability to juggle priorities, solve problems, and lead with confidence will shine. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring staff arrive on time, follow safe working practices, and deliver top-quality results.

The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 6pm to 2am each night, working in and around the City and the West End.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a team of site supervisors and cleaning operatives to deliver top-tier service.
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients through regular site visits and quality checks.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH & RAMS.
- Managing contract performance, and service standards to exceed expectations.
- Handling recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Responsible for stock control, and equipment maintenance.
- Supporting specialised services like ICEShield, air quality testing, and deep cleans.
- Handling client queries, complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction is sky-high.
- You’ll not be afraid to get your hands dirty and pitch in with the cleaning tasks as and when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in contract cleaning or facilities management.
- Minimum one year commercial cleaning experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Spanish language skills would be highly beneficial
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A cool head under pressure and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Full Clean Drivers licence
