Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Health and Safety Advisor/Consultant based in Romford, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves conducting risk assessments, providing health and safety advice, developing and delivering safety training, and supporting clients in managing workplace safety. The successful candidate will also be responsible for investigating accidents, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to the creation of tailored health and safety strategies for clients across various sectors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices
- Expertise in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation
- Experience in delivering effective Safety Training and promoting workplace safety culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and projects
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and adapt to different client needs
- Experience in the Insurance, Construction, or Events sectors is an advantage
