Base salary to £75k base - Double OTE (DOE). Mix of account management & new business. Selling the Microsoft stack, managed services, and cyber security.
This role is for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships but still gets a buzz from winning new business as well as managing accounts. You’ll join a growing technology services provider delivering Microsoft, cyber security, IT support, and managed services to organisations that value partnership over pushy sales.
The role blends account management and new business, giving you ownership, variety, and the chance to genuinely add value. You’ll work with some existing customers to understand their challenges, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve their security and IT environments.
Alongside this, you’ll develop new opportunities, supported by marketing activity, technical specialists, and a collaborative internal team. We’re looking for someone with experience selling IT services, managed services, Microsoft, or cyber security, who is confident engaging with IT and senior stakeholders. You’ll be consultative, commercially aware, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
In return, you’ll join a business with a strong reputation, supportive leadership, and a focus on long-term customer relationships. You’ll be given autonomy, backing from technical experts, and a package that rewards performance, not just activity.
If you enjoy selling solutions that make a real difference, this is worth a conversation.
