Our client is looking to recruit an experienced SaaS account manager who will be required to manage a host of dormant and active accounts. This is a very fast moving role, so if you have sold SaaS and want a targeted, sales role, here are the key requirements:
Overall purpose of the role:
- Managing a defined sales territory of existing UK accounts in the Lone worker space (60+ accounts)
- Selling the full portfolio of services to an existing customer base
- Achieving monthly new, retention and renewal targets
- Dealing with day to day customer enquiries and resolving customer issues with the internal customer functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute a strategy to deliver daily revenue
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience within a metric and target environment able to deliver daily, monthly and annual targets
- Forecast & deliver on KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis
- Able to demonstrate first class account management service for our customers
- Nurture customers within the account base to ensure a continued robust pipeline of opportunities
