Sales Executive / Account manager

£40k base + uncapped comission



  • I am working with a high-growth, global technology solutions provider who is hiring a Sales Executive to join its UK team, focused on driving both existing account growth and new logo acquisition.


  • This is a role for someone who has built a solid foundation in technology sales and is now ready to step into a more strategic, higher-impact position within a business that offers genuine career progression, international backing, and a high-performance yet supportive culture.

  • Leadership – The leadership team are you main asset with years oif experience in multi national resellers, they know what good looks like and will take you to the next level.

  • Commissions are uncapped and the company love paying it as it means everyone is winning.

  • You will be responsible for managing and expanding some warm accounts, while actively identifying and winning new business across the UK market.

  • Primarily, you will be excited about going out and meeting clients & prospects. That is where the results are at.

  • The role sits within a well-established sales function but offers the autonomy and scope of a “build” role, where success is directly tied to your ability to open doors, develop relationships, and deliver commercial outcomes.

  • The company operates at the forefront of workplace technology, user compute, and device lifecycle solutions. You will be selling across areas such as end-user computing, Apple ecosystems, device-as-a-service models, and broader IT infrastructure solutions, working with organisations looking to modernise their workplace environments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across a mix of existing accounts and net new business.
  • Identify, engage, and win new logos within target sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship development.
  • Sell consultatively across workplace technology, user devices, and IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to create tailored client solutions.


What they are looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in B2B technology sales (reseller, MSP, or vendor background).
  • Proven ability or clear potential to win new business.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ambition to progress into a senior sales role.
  • Comfortable selling solutions rather than just products.
  • Motivated by targets, progression, and being part of a high-performing team.
