Our client are a IT services company who specialise in Cyber Security. They are now looking for a Security Ops and Backup Engineer to join their team.

The role:

• Strong technical skillset in backup and recovery technologies
• Managing tickets from cradle to grave ensuring consistent customer communication throughout the life of the tickets
• Ensure tickets of all types are being driven to a successful outcome within the agreed service levels
• Raising vendor cases and liaising with 3rd Party’s to remediate tickets
• Diagnostic use and administration of the teams technical tools and monitoring systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents & Problem tickets, using troubleshooting best practice and vendor documentation
