Temporary Works Engineer

London

Β£40k-Β£45k plus benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Temporary Works Engineer to join a small, progressive engineering consultancy in London.

The practice has an excellent reputation for delivering innovative and technically challenging engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.

The successful engineer will be involved in the design and checking of temporary works, preparing calculations, drawings and reports, and working closely with permanent works teams and site personnel to develop safe, practical solutions.

Projects include high-rise construction, complex ground conditions, concrete frame solutions and other technically demanding schemes.

Applicants should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 3 years' UK experience in temporary works design, together with a good understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards and CDM. Experience with software such as Tekla Tedds would be beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit consultancy where technical expertise is valued, the work is varied and there is genuine opportunity for career development.
