We have a great opportunity for a senior civil engineer to join our client's Oxford office where you will lead a new team and help drive the civils department forward. You will play a vital role in maximizing the team's exposure to win new business and grow their capability.
This is a perfect opportunity for a senior civil engineer who is ambitious and wants to take on the responsibility for the delivery of projects, whilst mentoring and training your team. Until the team is more established, you will have the support of external teams from our client's other offices, allowing you flexible working, with working from home 3 days a week being an option.
