What you’ll do:

  • Design civil engineering solutions for water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, structures, and nature-based solutions.
  • Produce designs, calculations, and specifications, collaborating with CAD technicians for 3D models and 2D drawings.
  • Progress projects from feasibility to construction, ensuring delivery meets standards, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits for asset assessments, feasibility studies, and survey data collection.
  • Promote health and safety by identifying and eliminating design hazards under CDM Regulations.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, senior engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Enhance project sustainability, innovation, and digital approaches.
  • Support the development of Standard Products and perform technical reviews.

What we’re looking for:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in civil design, preferably in water or wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency with British Standards, Eurocodes, MS Office, and design software.
  • Ability to interpret ground investigation reports for design solutions.
  • Strong communication, report-writing, and data analysis skills.
  • Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and driving positive change.
