Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join them at Senior or Principal level, taking a leading role across a varied portfolio that includes education, residential, healthcare, community and heritage projects. Responsibilities
- Lead schemes from concept to completion, overseeing design, delivery and technical quality while ensuring programmes and budgets stay on track.
- Provide hands‑on technical input, team leadership, mentoring engineers, reviewing detailed designs and maintaining a visible presence on site when needed.
- Contribute to winning new work, using credibility and communication skills to strengthen client partnerships.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong capability in CAD, PDS, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/FLOW.
- Experience in flood risk assessments and both private and adoptable drainage design.
- Solid understanding of planning, procurement and commissioning processes.
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, with a commercial mindset.
