About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Bedfordshire. This role will involve the usual commercial management duties of Civil and Infrastructure packages and associated groundworks. The successful professional will report to the company’s commercial director and will be responsible for either a group of 5 projects or 2 large projects circa £20m.
About the requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Previous experience in this type of role whilst working for a Civil or Groundwork subcontractor.
About the Benefits and Rewards
- Salary range of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
- Packages includes Travel allowance OR company vehicle (BMW or Electric Car)
