Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead project management tasks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Oversee design and technical quality of reports, drawings, and calculations.
- Stay up to date with CDM 2015 regulations, health & safety laws, and current design methods.
- Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and support throughout the design process.
- Lead and support site investigations, inspections, and scoping visits.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Assist with fee proposals, commercial reporting, and tender presentations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and support business development.
Software Skills:
- Proficient in Infoworks (Micro-drainage), Autodesk Civil 3D, Tekla Tedds, Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong command of MS Office.
Qualifications:
- Incorporated membership with the ICE (preferred but not essential).
- Extensive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
